Polypropylene specific expansion flame retardant (WD2000)
WD2000 is a halogen-free and environmentally friendly intumescent flame retardant, mainly including APP and additives. This product meets the requirements of the EU RoHS directive. This flame retardant can be applied to polyolefin resins such as PP, PE, EVA, etc. It has the characteristics of good flame retardant effect, low smoke, halogen-free, good dispersibility, and little impact on mechanical properties. The use of this flame retardant can achieve UL94 V-0 (1.6mm) in polypropylene, and it can still reach UL94 V-0 (1.6mm) in UL746C test (70Cx 168h water boiling test)
WD2000 does not contain anti drip agents (recommended dosage of 2-3%).
