2,4,6-Tris(2,4,6-tribromophenoxy)-1,3,5-triazine RDT-8
[Molecular formula]: C21H6Br9N3O3
[Molecular weight]: 1067.43
[CAS number]: 25713-60-4
[Description]: White powder
[Purpose]: RDT-8 is a weather resistant flame retardant containing bromine and nitrogen. Its molecular structure is large, its appearance is pure white, and its light resistance is superior, overcoming the disadvantages of poor light resistance and easy migration of decabromodiphenyl ether. It is an upgraded substitute product for decabromodiphenyl ether and tetrabromobisphenol A. RDT-8 has good thermal stability, electrical performance, and excellent light resistance. Unlike previous halogenated flame retardants, it has a high initial decomposition temperature and does not contain free bromine, making processing equipment safer and product performance better. It is widely used in modified engineering plastic products such as HIPS, ABS/PC, PBT, PC, ABS, AS, etc. In general, Sb2O3 (antimony trioxide) needs to be added during use. The flame-retardant engineering plastics containing this product can be used in various injection molding and extrusion situations, meeting various processing requirements, and can smoothly recycle and reuse flame-retardant materials.
[Packaging]: 25kg woven bag.
[Storage and Transportation]: Handle with care, seal and store, do not get damp.
